The Financials report showcases multi-year totals and year over year comparisons for annual costs for your organization. All aspects of spending levels in every category are compared against the current benchmarking participants for the given year. 

What to look for

You’ll be able to easily view your spending trends and any changes in totality, as well as broken down into standardized categories and sub-categories.

  • Ownership Cost (Leasing, rentals, licensing, interest and depreciation)
  • Operating Cost (Mechanic labor, parts and fuel)
  • Support Cost (Expenses related to management and support staff, facilities and supplies)
  • Total Cost (The sum of the ownership, operating and support cost categories)

Compare your vehicle percentages in all class categories against industry peer benchmarking participants for the most recent calendar year.  

What to look for

This report details your fleet assets by way of annual totals, year over year trends and unit counts in major categories for your industry, as comparing to leading peers. Look for a breakdown of units by class over over the previous three-year period.

How does it work?

The Fleet Cost report details your details your cost for maintaining fleet assets via annual totals, yearly trends and percentage of total organization. Compare your percentages in all categories against the benchmarking participants for the most recent calendar year.

What to look for

This report will detail total costs by unit categories across the most recent three-year period. Total costs are comprised of ownership, operating and support costs across your organization.


The Payoff:

The bottom section of this report displays a detailed breakdown of unit counts by class. The percentages allow you to make comparisons within your fleet and against the average of our benchmarking participants. You’ll be able to breakdown your total fleet cost for a detailed look at where your budget is being spent, and where adjustments could be made.

Maintenance Trends

Breaking down the vehicles in your fleet by age and maintenance cost per asset.

How does it work?

The Fleet Maintenance report details your cost for maintaining fleet assets based on age. You can compare your costs and the associated metrics against each year’s benchmarking participants.

What to look for

This report will showcase your total cost per unit per unit based on vehicle age, the average total cost based on asset age (as compared to industry peers), as well as total spending levels across all areas of fleet maintenance.
