Vehicle Replacement Module 2.0

The VRM, originally released in 2012, has been helping fleet professionals determine their lowest vehicle lifecycle cost. Using a comprehensive methodology the updated version of the VRM allows users to:

• Identify the lowest total lifecycle cost for your assets
• Develop a 5 year vehicle and equipment replacement plan forecast
• Generate a specific list of vehicles and equipment by location that need to be replaced

• Calculate garage mechanic staffing needs based on the vehicles and equipment being replaced
Users are able to run multiple scenarios based on their unique needs and compare them to make a justifiable decision on which vehicles and equipment to replace. The updated version includes a complete manager level report that assists users in presenting their replacement decisions to leadership. The VRM’s data is exportable, accessible and fully supported by a Utilimarc data analyst.
